- A/B Coax Switch (great for switching between antennas)
This is a great Kit for Combining Multiple Antennas or Splitting to Multiple TVs!
Buy our brand of 50ft of Low Loss RG6 with connectors already installed, and we also throw in both a 2-way splitter (or hook it up backwards to form a combiner) and also a Coax Switch for free (learn why a Coax Switch may be necessary)!
This 3 Piece Accessory Set - includes 50ft of low loss RG6 Coax Cable with installed connectors, a Splitter (which can be also used as combiner), & Coax Switch (in many installs, a simple combiner doesn't work well for two antennas of the same frequency range due to picking up the same channels and interaction issues, so the included antenna switch may be necessary for better performance over a combiner) for one low price!
*NOTE: In many cases, combiners don't work as expected for a two antenna set up of the same frequency group, when both antennas are meant to pick up the same frequencies (not only is there higher loss, but unexpected interaction amongst antenna patterns often occurs), so the coax switch is a great back up solution if a combiner doesn't work for your area, as it offers complete isolation amongst antennas and virtually no install loss!!
This is a cost savings kit that includes 50ft of the low loss coax cable, and a splitter, and an A/B coax switch. The is a perfect kit for those that like to run multiple antennas or run their antenna to multiple TVs. Although the splitter can be hooked up backwards to work as a combiner, in many cases combining antennas can cause reception issues as the antenna's aren't electrically fully isolated and of the same frequency bands. So we also include a "Coax Switch" to resolve installs that experience this issue as a backup plan and to cover the bases.. All three pieces at one low price.
